Landing on Blond:ish’s label, the Guadalajara based Don Jongle teams up with Kali Mija who provides a magical vocal performance on this new track that’s already a firm fixture in Blond:ish’s sets.

Jongle explains; “I was sitting in my studio playing around with some bass lines, chords and arps, and had completed an arrangement, and after a while, I thought I had the right final product that was between some deep house and afro.”

“I happened to be chilling listening to a DJ set and I heard Kali's beautiful voice, and I thought it would be a great idea to collaborate with her and make it even better, so I decided to message her and ask her if she was interested to jump in the idea, after a while she accepted my invitation. Then she sent me the stems and I put the track together and it gave it a different vibe. We love it!”

“I met Vivi Blond:ish five years ago at a gig at Kin Kin Club in my home town in Guadalajara. She noticed I was recording my set, and she asked if I had recorded hers, I happened to have it and sent it to her. After that day we stayed in touch and occasionally sent her some tunes. Then I sent her this track and she played it at the Abracadabra show. It went well, so she asked me if I wanted to sign it to Abracadabra; of course, I did not think about it twice! And here we are!!! I am very happy about all this.”
